Billie is three-quarters Nevedith breeding with the wondeful addition of a twist of the classic Sporting Fields of the past -- via our much loved, recently departed Cdn.Ch. Sporting Field Perfection and her incomparable sire, Am.Cdn.Ch. Sporting Fields Kinsman. We have used this combination a number of times over the past decade to come up with beautiful, sound, smaller whippets that fully meet the Canadian, English and FCI standards for size, with personalities and show attitudes that are incomparable. Now mature, Billie began her Canadian show career in late June 2003, earning her first points at Kingston. She will be shown throughout the summer of 2003, hopefully to her Canadian championship.

  • Billie began her show career with one series of shows in June 2003 before taking time out for her first litter later that summer.  
    She returned to the show ring in May 2004 and completed her Canadian championship on Friday, June 11th, going BOB and 4th in
    Group under breeder/judge Max Magder.  She finished the show weekend with two further BOBs and a Group 3rd.  Billie’s
    championship title comes just weeks after that of her litter brother, Cdn.Ch. Avalonia Duke Ellington.   

  • We expect to breed a new Billie litter in 2005.
