Key Attributes -  Cdn.Ch. Avalonia Glenlochy (d.o.b. 29 July 2004) Zeus is the litter brother of Avalonia Edradour, and everything we have said about the qualities of his brother Apollo, apply equally to Zeus.  These are two exceptional litter brothers, born when their sire was 9 years of age, and representing, we believe, the best males produced by Cdn.Ch. Nevedith Local Lancer in all the litters he produced for us at Avalonia. Zeus is almost identical to his brother Apollo, but there are some minor differences.  Zeus is slightly lighter coloured, and he is somewhat shorter coupled than Apollo.  Both are 20 inches.  Both were born to move, with exceptional front, rear and side-gait movement.  This said, many astute whippet observers think Zeus is the most perfectly clean moving whippet they have ever watched.  He is a joy to observe.  While we did not expect to keep both litter brothers, with a choice as difficult as Zeus and Apollo presented us with it seemed only natural to keep both, at least for now.  With his championship title secured in the summer of 2006, Zeus joins his brother at stud at Avalonia.
