Key Attributes -  Avalonia Reckless Rogue (d.o.b. 31 March 2006) Rogue is another of the superb sons that Eng.Cdn.Ch. Nevedith Ceefa Ceely seems to excel in producing.  In this case the sire was Fin.Swed.Cdn.Ch. Scheik’s Ardbeg Avalonia (Erik), and between them they produced a litter of 10 pups, all of whom survived and thrived and who are now found in four Canadian provinces and in the United States.  Erik clearly influenced Ceely’s red fawn and white coat and made Rogue’s coat an even redder mix with his white as is seen here in this photo of Rogue at just 5 months of age. This is a positively stunning dog, both in profile and in movement.  Moderate in size, standing less than 20 inches at maturity, Rogue does not move, he floats, covering ground effortlessly in long reaching movement propelled by strong, sound rear drive.  Sweet tempered, affectionate, gentle, Rogue is mentally and physically sound in every respect.   Breeder-exhibitors who have come to see Rogue have been unanimous in their assessment that he is the best dog we have ever bred at Avalonia.  And though many have tried to buy him, he is not for sale. Rogue begins his show career in the spring of 2007 and we know he will fare exceptionally.  Rogue will be at stud at Avalonia for all the right bitches.  He is an essential component of our future.
