our kennel. |
| The only female in a small
litter of 3 (her brother Nev - Cdn.Ch. Avalonia Wotta Jesta is also
at Avalonia) Edie was in demand on both sides of the Atlantic, but
for obvious reasons was retained by Avalonia. Edie completed her
Cdn.Ch. easily in three shows in June 2000, and was also RWB at the
Ontario Sighthound Association specialty show - Canada's top
sighthound specialty - under Espen Engh, in June 2000. |
| Edie’s first
litter was sired by Cdn.Ch. Nevedith Ayfa
Aylestorm. Born on 29 August 2002 we did not retain any pups
from that litter, but one, Avalonia Fishing Admiral was exported to
Germany. Her second litter, of 6 pups sired by Fin.Swed.Cdn.Ch.
Scheik’s Ardbeg Avalonia, was born on 16 November 2005. A
male and female remain at Avalonia (see the pages of Avalonia Across
the Universe and Avalonia Moment in the Sun). A litter sister,
Avalonia Blueberry Lemonade, is owned locally and being shown.
She is already pointed towards her Canadian championship title.
